Participants will be guided through music listening and imagery experiences and share their experiences in a group format. They will be introduced to Guided Imagery and Music (GIM), an approach and method of music therapy. They will learn about the 1:1 format of GIM and its basic components. Participants will be invited to consider non traditional forms of therapy such as GIM, which allow for clients to work with the unconscious and explore the self with the support of a therapist.
